As a matter of fact, I just placed an order this week for a Lands End Down coat. I surely can't use it here, well not much anyway. I am so not equipped for cold weather. I just flew an Amsterdam trip and I had to go out and buy gloves and socks. I am so much more excited about going to Kaz in the winter. I am experiencing just a few hot flashes these days (one an hour some days) and the thought of 115 degree summer scares the nice out of me. My internal temperature guide is way off. When I went to sleep in Ams I got so hot in the room that I had to open the window and it was 23 degrees. Jeez. Maybe I won't need a coat in Kaz...just some T-shirts?? My iphone is showing 19 right now in Kaz so that sounds pretty cold.
okay, back to checking blogs and seeing how time lines are going. My sensitivity meter may be as off as my temperature meter but I so hope it's soon.

You are welcome! Have to say, I woke up smiling and laughing at the joy you were having...it was a GREAT dream!
Lisa - it's so nice to see you posting again. And I like the new look of your blog. Maybe all the changes will help bring the biggest change of all....your LOI and travel dates!!!I'm liking Feb as your travel month as well. So get packing!
Lou Ann & Lexie too

;) what an incredible dream!!!! I'm so happy to see
your blog still up!!!!!
When your little one makes it hope you are going to have so many wonderful blog postings to read to Sam.
Thinking of you- Harmon family :)
I love the new look of your blog--very festive and bright--matches your mood.
The coat looks great--I have a similiar one and actually have used it here a few times but that is expected in Minnesota.
I just gotta believe that your feelings mean something so I will be anxiously awaiting Feb. and March along with you.
Hey, that's what those feelings are for - go with it! My intuition has been pretty spot on lately - almost eerily - too. I agree with you on the temps - I would much rather be there in 20 below than 120! However, we had several 103 degree days during the first trip and I am glad to say that it wasn't that bad. We didn't even have a/c in the apt but the fan did the trick. We had a/c in Almaty but it is cooler there in general as it is up higher. Either - sooner the better!
Lisa,
So glad you're posting again and I LOVE the new look of your blog. Very bright and cheery. Go with your gut, that is what I did my entire process and it seemed to be pretty spot on. Happy Holidays and may all your dreams come true in 2010.
Sandi
I had the picture of that very coat on my fridge, ready to order but bought a similar one at Eddie Bauer on a 20 degree day, wore it out of the store. Everyone else will be shivering in the Texas winter and we will be sweating. :)
I do hope you hear something very soon. I'm a believer in signs as well.
