New Car Smell
Since starting this adoption process last year, I have been painfully aware that my car was slowly dying! It was 9 years old, squealing something awful, the FM was out and the gas mileage terrible! I overspent for it and my payments were too high. Finally paid it off a couple of years ago. My thoughts were that after I paid off the "baby line of credit" that I am incurring, I would get a new car down the line. After reviewing the time line I decided that I did not want to have little Sam riding around in a 10 or 11 year old car! So I bit the bullet and very cautiously my Dad and I went shopping for a car last Saturday. I wanted the Nissan Morano, then I settled for the loaded Nissan Rogue but in the end did the responsible thing and bought the basic Nissan Rogue Crossover! I love it! Little scared of the cloth seats which I just scotch guarded, it doesn't even have a mirror on the visor, but it drives beautifully, has a big back area and the radio sounds great! Oh yea, and it has little tabs in the back that show where the baby seat is supposed to go!
Looking for Sam
This is a blog of my quest to adopt a child from Kazakhstan. Enjoy!

Quaintance
Sounds like a great car. I tend to keep my cars forever (like 12 years) so I have only bought two new cars. The last one was a Toyota Highlander 2 years ago. It is also a crossover/SUV style and I love it.
Now you'll have to shop for a seat to fit those tabs.
