3 little ones
I was reading Chris's blog last night, she is the single that has traveled to the the Issyk region. There is a later blog post that she wrote that really stuck with me. She said that her driver asked if she wouldn't mind going out of their usual drive to the baby house to make a pick up. She says sure. What happens is they stop at a remote hospital. A nurse brings out 3 newborn babies, just days old. The babies were abandoned in the night by 3 different teenage girls. There was a little boy and two little girls. They get to the baby house, drive to the back door and the caregivers come out and take the babies inside. That's it. Seems unceremonious doesn't it? Just wait little ones!

....I would want to hold all three all the way to the baby house. I can't help but think....hummmm maybe that is our little one :)
Wow Lisa--what if that could be my little girl and your little boy?? Wouldn't that be great?
Whatever happens I hope they find the best home for them. What scared but brave young mothers they had.
