Good news this morning, my agency CHI, has added a new region to the program. The region is Karaganda. (I believe that this makes 6 regions that CHI works with?) Karaganda is the 4th largest city in Kazakhstan. Two families have already received their invitations to travel (LOI) Maybe things will be moving a little more quickly? Let's hope!
As it turns out....I just met a wonderful family a town over, who adopted a beautiful red headed little girl from Karaganda in 2006. They had a wonderful experience there.
