another word association
I just got home from a lovely trip to London, the 2 hour van ride to the airport and the 3 hour delay with passengers on board almost eclipsed the great layover. On my layover I had to have my french visa renewed, a requirement of my job. I had my first experience with the London Tube which was slightly claustrophobic compared to the NY subway. Somehow we found the French Embassy. Myself and another crew member sat in the Embassy for about 2 hours waiting for the final stamp in our passports....of course we were delirious from lack of sleep but managed to stay awake. As we were leaving, one of the French workers said "Godspeed" . I can honestly say that I have never actually heard anyone say that before. Godspeed was the song that I just added to my blog. Now I say "Godspeed and goodnight"....I am done for the day............................

Sam said "Hi"!! I've never heard anyone say that either...very cool!
No one has said that to me either--must be a good sign.
Godspeed Lisa!
