Jeez......I just can't make up my mind! I love having the support and feedback! It has been invaluable and I know so much more because of it. I'm thinking either I go private or keep some info off (as per my agency) You hate to think that things could get cut throat over a region assignment or some other information but we all know how much we want what we want! I know myself what a Mama Bear must look like and I'm not even a Mama yet!
Thanks for all the great ideas on this.
And Yeah! My dossier is in Kazakhstan, Almaty. Hopefully it will be in Astana in just a few days. Yeah!!

Great that your paperwork is moving along! Our revisions finally got submitted and, if all checks out, should be sent for translation right away. FINALLY!
I, too, think that you should keep the blog but edit the type of info you share and go private when you travel. Our agency recommends that we go private and invite only those we know personally. I 'filter' invitees by whether they have a blog too or not so I know that they are legit. Even then, you won't want to share every little thing depending on its sensitivity. In any case, I hope to be able to follow your journey and cheer you on some more!
Hi Lisa,
Great news about your dossier--it shouldn't be long now.
Unless your agency strongly objects I would love to see you keep the blog but just go private or be carefull what you put on it or both (which is what I did). But..if they really feel that you shouldn't have it at all then you should do what you need to do. You could reopen it when yoiu got home and share lots of info then. I know getting the instant feedback and support is so great and that would decrease without the blog but there are many of us that would continue to follow you and support you even without a blog.
Whatever you decide, I am following you forever girl!!
Hi Lisa,
Just ran across your blog again. I used to read it when you (and I) were with CHI. I completed my adoption with them in Sept - Nov 08 and have a beautiful little girl who will be 2 this month. It took me 28 months from beginning until her homecoming, but it was well worth it. Hang in there!
