back home

Hi, I am back home in Texas, the bonding with the sweetest little girl in the world went great! Me...I can't do anything according to schedule so I will do my Almaty adoption in 4 trips! I hope to go back in about 20 days from now for court. I hope this part goes as planned. Actually the bonding went so well. I knew who I was going to choose but the "would she be there?" was always in my mind. Well...she was there waiting for me just as if it was meant to be! I went through the official process and "chose" a beautiful 13 month old Kazakh/Russian little beauty. I can't wait to share with you the way it actually happened. It was the most beautiful moments of my life.

Now I wait for the next step...hope it happens soon.....what's another few months in this 3 year process...right?? I can do this!

So glad you found your little girl! We are a family in Houston, TX and just got back from Kaz last month; this is our second Kaz adoption. We completed court and are anxiously awaiting our return dates so we can pick up our son, so we know what you are feeling! Wishing you the best in your journey!

Congrats! We just got back from out annual (well almost annual) trip back 'home' to Texas. This was the first trip for our son, Nicholas, who we adopted last summer from Almaty. Which babyhouse is your daughter in? I would love to read more about your experience, it brings back our experience from last summer.
